Pickup: Pickup is available from hotels in Hurghada. Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna and Safaga may have a clearly confirmed area supplement.
- Wear closed shoes and follow the handler before mounting or dismounting.
- Do not approach, feed or control an animal without permission.
- The exact pickup time, current GBP rate and final inclusions are sent in writing before booking.
- Please be ready at the confirmed pickup point 10 minutes before the stated window.
