The details that prevent surprises
Pickup: Pickup is available from hotels in Hurghada. Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna and Safaga may have a clearly confirmed area supplement.
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday sailings operate approximately 09:00–15:00.
- Wednesday and Saturday sailings operate approximately 13:00–17:30.
- The yacht capacity and exact sailing time are confirmed before deposit; the programme can move for safe sea conditions.
- Children under 3 are free and ages 3–11 are charged at half the adult ticket unless the operator states a different safety or ticket rule.
Cancellation: Free cancellation is expected up to 24 hours before the confirmed start time unless the final booking message states different supplier conditions.
